Single time Maintenance Cost: $88.00
Filter Replacement Special (with Maintenance): $12.00 per 1” filter & $50.00 per 4” BOX filter
Membership Cost: $180.00 per year on First System & $125.00 for each additional system.

The Maintenance/Maintenance Plan includes the following:

Licensed HVAC Professional.
Up to 15% off on parts, Labor, and repairs. (Members only Benefit)
Priority Appointments & Scheduling. (Members only Benefit)

Indoor Air Handler/Furnace (Spring/Fall Maintenance)

Visual inspection of insulation (if accessible) (purpose is to identify a loss of energy efficiency)
Visual inspection of duct work (if accessible) (purpose is to identify a loss of efficiency and air flow)
Visually inspect the Air Filter & replace with customer supplied or offer our replacement options (additional cost applies)
Open the Evaporator Coil and visually inspect the condition (if accessible) (They are checking for rust, restrictions, or any signs of possible efficiency loss)
Open (Air Handler/Furnace) to Inspect all electronic components to ensure all are functioning within Manufacture specifications (if accessible)
(FALL ONLY Electric System) Pull Blower Assembly and inspect Heat Strips
(FALL ONLY Gas System) Pull Blower Assembly and inspect Heat exchanger

Outdoor Condenser (Spring/Fall for Heat pumps) (Spring Only GAS systems)

Visually inspect the Outdoor Condensing coil
Wash Condenser with water hose (if accessible) (Chemical Cleaning will incur additional cost with customer approval)
Check Condenser Voltage/Amperage draws
Open the condenser to inspect all electronic components to ensure all are functioning within manufacture specifications
Test to compressor Amp draw
Test Fan motor Amp draw
Check Refrigerant Pressures/levels (Leak Search incurs additional cost with customer approval)

The technician will write a detailed report of findings and provide the customer with recommendations.
